Billing Policy
Since www.urisp.net does not charge a setup fee it bills it's customers one month in advance. The billing schedule is as follows:

• 1st day of the month - Billing is processed. Your bill will usually reach you within 3 days
• 20th day of the month - Bills are due (A $15.00 late fee is applied to unpaid bills after this date. The late fee will be applied to each invoice for each month it is late)
• 21st day of the month - Late notices are sent by email. (These notices are sent to your email address at www.urisp.net only)
• 30th day of the month - Accounts not paid by the end of this day are disconnected. A $20.00 reconnection fee will be charged for dial up accounts. DSL accounts will be charged a $35.00 reconnection fee.

New accounts signed up within a billing period will receive a bill on the first of the following month reflecting the prorated partial month of usage and the following month billed in advance.

Note:

1. If you know that you are going to be late paying your bill don't hesitate to contact Billing. You can avoid having to pay late fees or having your account disconnected simply by calling us and making arrangements to avoid it.
2. Disconnection causes the loss of incoming email.

   www.urisp.net reserves the right to refuse to release the DSL connection on accounts not paid in full and will continue to charge monthly fees and late fees on that account until it is paid in full.
